Will Roundtree

Will Roundtree offers the world a unique lens into wealth building strategies and examines opportunities for his communities to expound on their knowledge and have effective practices in which they can apply that knowledge.

From homeless to millionaire, Roundtree has established himself as a staple in the real estate investment sector. His expertise has garnered him recognition among his peers and those in his community. As the founder and top-grossing principal at WE Management Services. Roundtree has helped over 3,500 small to medium-sized businesses get access to over 300 Million dollars in business funding during a 24-month period. In 2005, he left his hometown of Milwaukee, WI, with a borrowed 500 dollars and headed towards Las Vegas. Once there, Roundtree found the ruthless realities of living without a financial plan and imperfect credit. His applications were denied for housing, and this left him homeless and living out of his car.

Roundtree was inspired to diligently educate himself on personal finance and credit. He would walk into libraries and read books about consumer credit laws, standard operating procedures, regulations, and economics. This led to him becoming a FICO Certified Consultant and eventually to the creation of WE Management Services, a highly rated financial services company. In this role, Roundtree has helped numerous families successfully restore credit, become homeowners, obtain financial freedom, and become flourishing business owners. More than a decade later, Roundtree tours the country as a notable financial advisor, author, motivational speaker, mentor, community organizer, real estate investor, and wealth builder. Jewel Ifeguni

Marcus Carter is an award-winning speaker and author from Chicago, Illinois. The Black Wealth Builder also serves as a financial resource consultancy for Black small business owners far and wide. He has authored five books, including an Amazon Best Seller, and he continues to dedicate his time and efforts to the enlightenment and growth of black small business owners, illuminating the road to wealth and success for Black wealth seekers.

Marcus has many professional designations that add value to his work with The Black Wealth Builder. Marcus has been a top producing licensed realtor in Illinois for 7 years, focusing solely on helping clients build wealth through real estate. Marcus is also a licensed tax preparer with a focus on small business tax preparation and consultation.

Yolanda M. Smith

Yolanda M. Smith is a highly driven woman who was born

people are unstoppable. Yolanda is a speaker, author, and success

coach with expertise in personal branding and professional

development. She’s built her storied life and career brick by brick, fighting fears, failures, and setbacks to have the success she’s always known was hers to claim. Robert "Twix" Taylor

Since the opening of his first barbershop in 2001, he has owned and operated 6 Barbershops (Fade ‘Em All Barbershop Franchise), 4 beauty salons, a tattoo studio, a photography studio, a second-hand clothing store, and a cocktail lounge.  A trail blazer in his community, he can be found giving back in ways such as mentoring and motivational speaking with youth groups like the Sigma Beta Club, Boys and Girls Club, Save Our Sons non-profit, and many more.

Robert is passionate about motivating our youth and has had the honor of being a keynote speaker at various schools around the Las Vegas Valley over the last twenty years. His authenticity allows youth and teens to instantly connect with him, with most identifying with one or many parts of his life story.

Robert has a true passion for advising and encouraging youth and often uses his barber chair to impart words of wisdom as his father once did to him. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Robert has become certified in Rapid Response Training (University of Maryland Center of Health Equity School of Public Health) and has utilized his businesses as testing sites and vaccination sites for the community. Additionally, he has used his barbershops to highlight the importance of health and wellness with free resources focusing on heart health, sexual health, and mental health.

Brandon has dedicated his life to empowering and motivating others to win despite the pitfalls and obstacles of life. As a member of Toastmasters International he is to 2021 District A1 Toastmaster of the Year. Brandon has contributed to the elevation of many business owners, leaders, as well as the students of the Clark County School District. Brandon not only helps small and medium business take their business to the next level. Brandon also gives back to the community by providing resources to families coping with a tragedy with his 501c3 nonprofit DreamSAFE Project.
